The apartment features a washing machine: It was a lifesaver to have a washing machine in the apartment. After a day of snorkelling and cycling, my clothes were in desperate need of a good wash. Thank goodness for that washing machine!

No terrace: The lack of a terrace was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have a space outside to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather.

Great location. Decor could do with a clean down. For budget break good spot very quiet.

Charge for tv and remote.

The staff here were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable, and the location of the bar and restaurant was fantastic.

The staff was very attentive and thoughtful with an excellent service. Efficient check-in was appreciated. Got marvellous, satisfactory breakfast with juice. Everything was simply very good: D

We stayed in a modern and well-equipped bungalow at Los Gracioseros. the accommodation was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, iron, and full oven. the pool bar was reasonably priced, and the staff, particularly Sally/Hannah, were extremely helpful and attentive. the location was excellent, with easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants, and bars. the pool area was spacious, with plenty of sun loungers, and the overall security of the complex made us feel safe throughout our stay. We would highly recommend Los Gracioseros to couples and families. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all.

It had a great and fab setting really close to sea front/beaches and umpteen nice restaurants and the local bars/resteraunts. Loved views over the ocean. The owner met us and explained everything.

There was no balcony.

Very good proximity to the "strip" and the beach. Quiet by night. English language books and magazines available at reception. Reasonable level of cleaning throughout the week. Pool bar available for left luggage with a shower room for check out day. Very helpful reception staff.

Basic and "tired" accomodation but suited our purpose for changing and sleeping. All mini luxuries extra e.g. fan, tv and safe all had to be rented.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. It's basic but does the job. The area is nice, just a 5 minute walk to a small pretty beach and numerous restaurants.

The bar shut at random times, often early, which was disappointing. The pool wasn't always as clean as we'd hoped, but we put that down to the wind which was particularly strong when we were there. We met people who've been going there for years and they said it's changed owners and has deteriorated.

Our holidays at this place were excellent with a fantastic location and incredibly friendly staff.

Location good, in a quiet area but only a 5 min walk to front, lovely cove straight across the road, but main beach 5 mins walk to the right. Several supermarkets nearby and plenty of choice for places to eat along the front. Apartments basic but quite spacious (have stayed in much smaller!) and large balcony or patio area all overlooking the pool. Security guard on site at night.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a lovely holiday, it was good value for what we paid. My only concern was that there were quite a few damaged tiles around the pool, which really need to be repaired, especially with young kids playing around. Towels abit on the thin side, but changed regularly and shower a little slow, but always plenty of hot water. Some people complain about every little thing, but if you are on a budget and just want to relax and unwind without being fussy about everything, you really can't go wrong here.
